We wish to announce that a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed by Alejandro Daniel O’Davoren for SEIDOR, a founding member of United VARs, and Yang Chen, Director of Strategy, Partner Development Department at Huawei. The signing took place at the MWC event 2022 (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona.

It is the parties' desire to establish a long-term strategic cooperative partnership to create competitive solution offerings to the End Users in the global market. The solution offerings might include Huawei ICT products and/or services, including SAP infrastructure solutions based on Cloud platform and Storage solutions. Both parties are willing to plan and perform joint marketing activities including, but not limited to press, summit, forum, and developer events.

SEIDOR’s scope of cloud services encompasses architecture and projects, support and security, methodology and governance, cloud SaaS platform management, and IaaS management.
