After the carve-out, the SAP-System of Catensys still depended on legacy infrastructure. The landscape was not fully separated across locations.

There was a limited internal IT capacity for global SAP operations to support the 350 users worldwide. Stability, response times and clear ownership were at risk.

The Journey

UNITED VARS activated their joint Global Application Management Services (AMS) model. All for One led the transition and knowledge capture. QZING delivered local expertise on site in Guangzhou.

A single ticket portal created one view for incidents, requests and changes. 24/7 Follow-the-Sun support coverage ensured continuous service with a single point of contact.

On the shop floor in China, the team implemented a barcode solution in Guangzhou and trained local users. Logistics performance improved.

Answerthink extended delivery capacity across India, the USA and Korea. Priorities included Challan process optimisation in India, SAP–bank integrations, and shipping support in the US.
