Dunn Solutions → Dunn Solutions, a KaarTech Company
Dunn Solutions in the USA has been acquired by KaarTech and will be known as Dunn Solutions, a KaarTech Company.
Dunn Solutions, founded in 1988, and headquartered in Chicago, USA, has carved a niche for itself as a Digital Commerce and Business Transformation Consultancy, focused on delivering Velocity to its clients.
KaarTech is a global Digital Transformation Consulting company founded in 2006 and headquartered in Chennai, India.
Mibcon → MIBFORMA
Mibcon SK s.r.o., a member of Mibcon Group a.s., has recently merged with INFORMA s.r.o. to form a new subject. The new company will be known as MIBFORMA a.s. and keep operating mainly in the markets of the Slovak Republic. MIBFORMA will continue to support B2B customers in close cooperation with Mibcon a.s., a reknown Czech SAP Platinum partner and a leading provider of SAP solutions and licenses in the Czech Republic and CEE, as well as with other members of the Mibcon Group.

Illumiti has been acquired by Syntax to expand global SAP Functional Practice in North America. It will be known as Syntax.
