The United VARs Centers of Excellence (CoE) Summit 2025 brought together more than 70 participants, including United VARs members, SAP leaders, and solution partners for three dynamic days of innovation, collaboration, and strategic alignment in the historic city of Budapest. Hosted by BCS Business Consulting Services, a United VARs member in Hungary and sponsored by AWS.

Over the first two days, each CoE held focused sessions at BCS’s offices, diving into SAP’s latest innovations in Business AI, Joule, Cloud ERP, CX, and data-driven services, followed by a joint day at Hotel Radisson Budapart where all teams came together to collaborate and align strategies for 2026.

Seven Centers of Excellence - One Vision
BTP CoE led by Martin Pock explored SAP’s Joule Studio and Agentic AI, with hands-on sessions for building custom Joule skills and identifying AI-driven opportunities for customers.

Cloud ERP CoE, led by Tamas Szirtes, focused on the evolution of S/4HANA Cloud, migration strategies, clean core principles, and the commercial impact of AI and Joule adoption.

Customer Success CoE, under Klaus Weiberg, aligned members around new 2026 KPIs, Preferred Success, and Cloud Choice Flex, with SAP’s Raina Colonval and Kristin DeMaio sharing critical insights on customer-centric delivery models.

CX CoE, guided by Pavels Koliskins, showcased SAP Emarsys, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud innovations, while engaging partners in AI workshops on Joule Premium for CX and Agentic AI applications.

HCM CoE, led by Fatih İnanç, addressed Partner Managed Cloud experiences, SuccessFactors integration, and AI for HCM, underscoring HR digital transformation.

GSSS CoE strengthened partner collaboration on service package development, pipeline building, and new member enablement, driving operational excellence across shared services.

Marketing CoE explored AI-driven content operations, GEO, go-to-market storytelling, featuring creative workshops, hands-on collaboration across markets. The group also elected a new leader, Susan Chen.

Joint Summit Day: Cross-CoE Synergy and Future Vision
The third day, held at the Radisson Budapart Hotel, brought all participants together for the Joint Summit Session, uniting insights from across the CoEs into a shared vision for 2026 and beyond.

Interactive World Café workshops encouraged members to share ideas, explore industry-specific opportunities, and align on strategies to accelerate value creation across the global SAP ecosystem.
