United VARs member All for One Group SE has successfully completed the acquisition of the international SAP procurement specialist apsolut Group at the beginning of March 2026, marking a significant step in expanding its global SAP capabilities.
With this strategic move, All for One reinforces its position as a leading SAP partner by combining its strong expertise in SAP cloud and transformation with apsolut’s market-leading capabilities in SAP procurement. The acquisition brings approximately 450 apsolut employees, including more than 300 SAP procurement consultants, into the All for One organization.
Headquartered in Bielefeld, Germany, apsolut is a recognized SAP Gold Partner and a multiple-time SAP Ariba Partner of the Year, serving more than 450 customers worldwide. The company specializes in spend management, procurement, supply chain, and business network solutions, supporting both upper midmarket companies and global enterprises.
The integration significantly enhances All for One’s global delivery capabilities, supported by apsolut’s 20 international locations, including offices in the UK, France, Spain, India, and the UAE.
